The location was convenient, just steps away from Rome's famous sights. The staff treated everyone like family, always cute and ready to help. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the daily coffee replenishments that kept me energized for adventures around the city. It was a warm and inviting retreat amidst the bustling capital.

While my experience was mostly positive, I did notice that the breakfast options were somewhat limited, which might not satisfy everyone's morning cravings. The air conditioning was slightly noisy during the night, which interrupted my sleep occasionally, but it was manageable.

The setting was good and stunning, so close to Very close to the center as well as major attractions such as Fontana di Trevi, Il Panteone. Spagna district was definitely worth visiting.

The very-very nice and welcoming personnel, was willing to help. The double room was new-fashioned with central heating, an iron, and coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast was exceptionally nice and excellent, there was a great selection of food to chose from👍

The stairs may be fine for the fit, but for those with bags, it could be a real annoyance, especially when the reception closes early, enforcing a self-service check-in after hours.

We truly appreciated our stay at this hip new hotel. Everything was perfect, just as we expected. The sensational breakfast, complete with proper trays, was a delightful start to each day.
